At the ground floor, a typical Venice ‘terrazzo’ floor finishing, a composite made up with marble, quartz, granite, glass mixed with a binder, poured in place and polished to a smooth surface;
At the first floor, the floor is finished with solid oak wood tiles;
The bathroom are finished with ceramic tiles from Vietri [Francesco De Maio brand];
Old clay tiles finished the outdoor areas in the garden
External pathways and the walls and steps of the staircase to the garage are finished in splitted marble;
